M Machine Training 2 – Inspection Set Up Procedures

The course is designed to give technicians knowledge and sufficient practice to enable them to safely undertake the following tasks:

• Dip and Saddle
• Bore and Ring Gauging
• Check Inspection of Finish, Shoulder, and Heel
• LNM mould reading
• CTM & TMEi Wall Thickness
• Use of oscilloscope facility
• Safe operation of the machine

Duration: 3 days

Venue: At the CES training facility

Certification: Certificate of attendance, Certificate of safety self assessment
